KST double sphere rubber joint product installation instructions:

1、Double-ball rubber joints in the pipeline construction, you need to let it in a natural state, prohibit the installation of super-displacement.

2、When the pipeline medium is acid and alkali resistance, oil, high temperature and other special materials should be used higher than the pipeline working pressure of a grade of the joint.

3、When the rubber joint is installed on the flat ground, in the air or vertically, the actual working axial displacement pressure of the rubber joint is less than the supporting force of the pipeline, otherwise, the anti-pull-off device should be installed to prevent the product from losing its stability in the process of operation.

5、Pipes need to have fixed support or fixed bracket, the force of fixed bracket needs to be greater than the axial force. Vertical installation and overhead installation of the product needs to be installed at both ends of the corresponding fixed bracket and force bracket to prevent the work under pressure after pulling off.

6, the installation should be away from the heat source, is strictly prohibited to use the product does not meet the requirements of the medium.

7、Rubber flexible joints should have the bolts re-pressurized and tightened before they are put into operation after the initial pressure (e.g. installation test pressure, etc.) or before they are activated again after a long period of disuse.

8, when the pipeline displacement is greater than or equal to the joint's great compensation, the number of joints should be increased to parallel displacement, is strictly prohibited in order to adjust the pipeline's overshoot, so that the joints in the deflection displacement and deviation state, not to exceed the limits (expansion and contraction, displacement, deflection, etc.), the use of the specific installation data see the following table.

9, high-level water supply or suspended water supply, the pipe should be fixed in the hanger, bracket, and can not let the joints to bear the pipe's own weight and axial force, otherwise the joints should be equipped with anti-pull-off device (its bearing force needs to be greater than the axial force of the pipe).

10、When installing the rubber joint, the screws of the bolts should be extended to the outside of the joint, and the bolts on each flange end face should be tightened repeatedly and evenly according to the method of diagonal pressure to prevent pressure bias.
