Universal Hinge Compensator realizes the angular displacement of the pipe in any plane by the action of a universal axis and a pin. The pin can also play a limiting role to a certain extent to avoid damage to the bellows. And the structure is reasonable, stable operation, which greatly reduces the late maintenance of pipeline lines. Universal hinge compensator is mainly used to compensate for the synthetic displacement of multi-plane bending pipe section by angular deflection. As the balance ring, pin and hinge plate can withstand the pressure thrust and other additional external forces, and absorb the internal pressure thrust itself, it will not produce external force on the pipeline, so the setup of pipeline support can be simplified. Universal hinged type corrugated compensator can compensate the angular displacement of pipeline in any upward direction. The difference between universal hinge type compensator and hinge type is that it has a universal ring, and there are two pairs of mutually perpendicular hinge structures in the circumference of the universal ring, so it can absorb the angular displacement of any plane, and the same absorption of transverse displacement requires two or three combinations.
