Bypass Pressure Balancing Bellows Compensator is widely used in smelting, power plant, industrial equipment manufacturing and engineering pipeline pipe system connection, effectively ensure the high safety performance of pressure pipeline in the delivery of various harmful toxic flammable and explosive media, to avoid leakage and pollution caused by the sea, sky, factories and other environmental pollution. Its products are characterized by high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance and wear resistance. It consists of two identical bellows and structures such as end ring, head, outer tube, etc. It mainly consists of two working bellows located at the two ends and one balanced bellows located in the middle and structural parts such as tie rods and end plates, etc. It is mainly used for expansion joints that absorb axial displacement and can balance the pressure thrust of the bellows. Bypass pressure balanced corrugated expansion joints are small in size, low in cost, good in orientation and good in stability. Mainly used to absorb axial displacement and can balance the pressure thrust of the bellows, the internal pressure thrust load by its own components to balance, bear, for the occasion of small thrust.
