Points to note for the use of sleeve compensator at the end of the pipeline. The use of steel sleeve compensator, also called steel sleeve compensation joint, is to connect one end of the flange of the expander with the flange of the pipe or valve fittings flange, and the other end of the pipe is inserted into the socket, the insertion length should be slightly less than the total length of the product, and the insertion length can be pre-scratched on the insertion length of the pipe in advance so as to accurately grasp the marking line. Before installation, check whether the adjusting bolts are in a loosened state and the rubber sealing ring in the socket should not be squeezed. When inserting the tube, apply soapy water on the tube beforehand to reduce friction and facilitate insertion. After the pipe is inserted, the adjusting bolt should be tightened gradually and cyclically so that the rubber sealing ring in the socket can be tightly combined with the pipe.

Sleeve compensator used at the end of the pipeline (i.e., the end of the pipeline end use), should be considered to set up the end of the pier, in order to offset the thrust generated by the medium in the pipeline. Steel sleeve compensator is mainly used in the pipeline system of mechanical displacement, heating displacement to absorb vibration, noise reduction, it can be in all directions for displacement absorption.
